Sturdy handle!! Fits well on rower handle and is easy to use!
I had surgery in February and again in June and have a pretty significant weight restriction (currently 0 lbs and may only increase to about 20 lbs eventually) on the hand operated on. The Aldridge Arm has allowed me to continue to perform a lot of movements I otherwise wouldn't be able to (and therefore saved my sanity during the recovery process). I am on the petite side, so the small was still a little big for me, but I reached out to customer service and found out there was an extra small available. Customer service at this company is fantastic and have been both quick to respond and extremely helpful. If you're wondering if XS might be for you - I'm about 5'2" and ~120 lbs and it's a pretty perfect fit. I can't speak more highly of this company or this product.

The ski extender handles are perfect, they even work well without the wider ski erg base. They were super easy and quick to install and remove. It was a game changer to help my young adaptive athlete get in a good cardio workout. Highly recommend

Just the right size for training high school girls and appears to be of great build quality to take the abuse a competitive team can inflict. Not sure about the handle grip, good texture, just not sure about its longevity, only time will tell
