I purchased a 50-inch leg strap from Equip Products to help keep my legs comfortably together while using my Pride Scooter. When I’m sitting for longer than an hour, my back can really start to bother me, and I can honestly say this strap has helped me tremendously. The Velcro is also perfect and makes it easy to adjust and secure and also wide enough that it doesn’t dig into my legs.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, my order arrived a little later than expected. However, the owner went above and beyond to make it right by sending me a 40-inch strap as well (I was debating whether or not a 50 inch would be too big in a prior conversation) which I thought was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated so much.
After speaking with her several times, I can honestly say their customer service is fantastic. It’s not often you find a company that truly cares about its customers and takes the time to make things right.
I would absolutely recommend Equip Products and will definitely use this company again. Great product, wonderful customer service, and a company that genuinely cares!

This is easy to attach to Concept 2 Erg Handle and allows user to row one handed without the chain skewing off to one side. Perfect for those only able to use one arm. It arrived in a surprisingly quick time to me in Australia. I can recommend this product. Fiona Toose Captain Penrith Rowing Club

It's great! I have a photo shoot in a couple weeks with the medical company I work for. It's going to take place in a gym and they asked me if I require any special equipment. So obviously, I told them all about you and which products I use. If you see in order from Biogen, that's who it is.

The item itself is as advertised. However, don't pay for 2 day air thinking you'll get it quicker. It was 5 days from the time I ordered. I should get my money back on shipping.
