Returns

 
We want our customers to be super satisfied. If for any reason you have a problem with your purchase we will refund you the amount or exchange the the product within 30 days.

Manufacturer's Defects

If you have a manufacturer's defect or issue we will extend the warranty to 60 days. Please reach out to us if you are not satisfied.

Guidelines

For returns, please note that we expect returned products to be in the original packing with an explanation as to why the product did not meet your expectations. This helps us improve for future customers. please contact us for the details on returning.

International Orders (Outside the United States)

For customers located outside the United States, including but not limited to the European Union (EU), United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and other international destinations:

  • Import Duties, Taxes, and Fees All import duties, customs taxes (including VAT/GST), brokerage fees, handling charges, and any other import-related costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are imposed by the destination country's customs authorities and/or delivery carrier upon arrival and are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to us. We ship most international orders on Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) or equivalent terms, meaning the buyer is liable for these fees to clear the shipment.
  • Buyer Responsibility and Transparency It is the buyer's responsibility to check and understand any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees before placing an order. We strongly recommend researching these potential costs via your local customs authority (e.g., French Douane for France, or equivalent in other EU countries). We cannot control, predict, or reimburse these charges, as they are determined by the importing country.
  • Refusal of Shipment or Failure to Pay Duties/Taxes If a buyer refuses delivery, declines to pay any required duties/taxes/fees, or abandons the shipment for any reason related to import charges, this is treated as a buyer-initiated cancellation after shipment. In such cases:
    • We are not obligated to issue a refund (full or partial).
    • Any return shipping fees, return carrier charges, storage fees, destruction fees, or other costs incurred due to the refusal will be deducted from any potential refund, or the buyer may receive no refund at all.
    • If the package is returned to us, we may (at our discretion) issue a partial refund for the product cost only, minus original shipping, return shipping, restocking fees (if applicable), and any other costs we incur.
    • Packages that are abandoned or destroyed by the carrier due to non-payment are non-refundable.
  • Returns for Other Reasons (e.g., Faulty/Defective Items) If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, standard return eligibility applies (subject to our general returns policy). However, the buyer remains responsible for any import duties/taxes paid on the original shipment. Refunds for duties/taxes must be claimed directly by the buyer from the relevant customs authority or carrier. Return shipping costs for international returns are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
  • No EU Cooling-Off Period Applies As a non-EU seller, purchases from our store do not automatically qualify for the EU's 14-day cooling-off/withdrawal period for distance sales. Any returns are governed by our stated policy and applicable US law.

This policy helps reduce disputes by setting clear expectations upfront.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Damage to the product, or items that need to be replaced.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days. (credit card processors control this timeframe)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Timeframe

Shipping times vary drastically by region. We make every attempt to assure quick and efficient shipping, however, we re at the mercy of the carriers such as USPS, UPS and FedEx among others.

Insurance

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
