i used your row hook on my concept 2 rower while i was rehabbing from wrist surgery- it worked well, although i did add some foam pipe insulation to the rower handle first to keep the adapter from slipping. Thank you for providing such a product.

Great piece of kit. A couple of minutes in and your arms are starting to burn. Ideal way to start or end a workout session.

Purchased one set for one ski erg for a seated gentleman at the gym. However, everyone at the gym under 5'10 would always use that machine because they couldn't reach either so I bought a set for every ski erg we have. Members are very grateful. Highly recommend.

The multi ropes are a good workout for my CrossFit routine!

I’m using the single arm rowing hook to avoid wear and tear from a repetitive motion on my pacemaker leads. You may have not thought of that type of use when it was designed but it works to isolate the motion away from the wires.
