Love this adapter as it allows me to row with one arm while recovering from surgery on my left hand. Nice workmanship! When I tell people I am rowing with one arm, they always ask me how!

i used your row hook on my concept 2 rower while i was rehabbing from wrist surgery- it worked well, although i did add some foam pipe insulation to the rower handle first to keep the adapter from slipping. Thank you for providing such a product.

Great piece of kit. A couple of minutes in and your arms are starting to burn. Ideal way to start or end a workout session.
