Taxes, Tariffs, VAT, or other charges imposed by various government entities are the responsibility of the buyer. Equip Products is not liable for fee's charged after checkout.
Equip Products has no control over your respective governments charging our customers for additional taxes prior to delivery. We have had an unusually large amount of orders get cancelled or even customers angry at Equip for charging them additional taxes after they placed an order.
Please note THIS IS YOUR RESPECTIVE GOVERNMENTS RULE and we literally have no control over it. Additionally, when you cancel because you refuse to pay the additional taxes the shipper is requesting, it effectively costs us double.
We sincerely appreciate all the orders we receive from all over the world, but want to make it clear that we have no control on whats happens when it arrives in your respective countries.
