At Equip Products, we’re proud to stand with Russell Almindinger and the House of Champions Foundation (HOCF) as they champion inclusive fitness for the disabled community. Co-founded by Russell, HOCF is gearing up for exciting events that need your support—and we’re excited to be part of this movement!
Empowering Through Fitness
HOCF’s mission is clear: get more disabled individuals into CrossFit gyms, certify coaches as adaptive trainers through Adaptive Training Academy, and provide adaptive equipment with help from Equip Products. This weekend, they’re hosting a Chipotle fundraiser (details at https://www.hocfoundation.org/) to fuel their efforts. Beyond that, their annual adaptiveWOD event is a global fundraiser supporting top adaptive athletes at the CrossFit Games via WheelWod.
Russell’s vision shines through: “Let’s rally behind our adaptive athletes and show the world what inclusive fitness looks like!” This resonates deeply with our goal to empower every athlete, no matter the challenge.

adaptiveWOD invites CrossFit gyms nationwide to participate by registering at https://www.hocfoundation.org/adaptivewod or nominating a gym. The event features an adaptive-style workout for able-bodied members, offering a glimpse into the adaptive athlete experience. Funds raised cover travel and competition costs, ensuring these athletes shine on the international stage.
