The Package is a functional fitness tool designed to mimic everyday life. Similar to the boxes we have delivered to our door daily, the 14" x 16" x 18" package is a denier exterior, foam-filled, cushioned box you can load with the desired weight and train accordingly. Use the box overhead over a wall or farmer's carries with or without the straps. The package is a great training tool for athletes of all shapes and sizes.
