Monster Ropes are a workout for everyone including WheelChair athletes. Being in a wheelchair most movements are done with your arms in a forward motion. Monster Ropes are designed for athletes to whip the rope forwards and backward. The backward movement engages parts of the shoulders that are not regularly activated. If double unders are programed Monster Ropes can be used. Throw to the front (1) Throw to the back (2).
